Return & Cancellations

We are confident that you will love and want to keep our products. Nevertheless, you have 7 days to try it out with everything in your closet. If it doesn’t work out, email us at support@msjewels.co.uk and we will sort it out for you.

Unless the products are damaged or defective, we will not be able to exchange these items. If you would like to order a piece in a different size or a different product altogether, we will process it as a return. Please email us at support@msjewels.co.uk so we can arrange it for you.
